Shipping policy
Overview
Kard Wax operates as both a direct retailer and a peer-to-peer marketplace. Shipping experiences differ depending on whether your order is fulfilled by KardWax directly or by an independent third-party seller. Your order confirmation will indicate which type of seller fulfilled your purchase.
KardWax Direct Orders
Processing Time
Orders fulfilled directly by KardWax are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During high-volume periods such as new wax drops or product releases, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
KardWax ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and value of your order. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific method is requested and available at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination:
- Domestic (US): 2–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. KardWax is not responsible for carrier delays.
Damaged in Transit — KardWax Direct
If your KardWax direct order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at help@kardwax.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim where applicable.
Marketplace Orders — Seller Fulfilled
How It Works
When you purchase from a third-party seller on KardWax, the seller is responsible for packaging and shipping your order directly to you. KardWax is not the shipper for these transactions.
Seller Shipping Timeframes
Sellers are required to ship within 3 business days of sale confirmation unless a different timeframe is stated in their listing. Sellers must provide valid tracking information through the KardWax platform once the item has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for marketplace orders are set by the individual seller and displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
Tracking
Once your seller marks an item as shipped and provides tracking, you will receive a notification through KardWax. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Item Not Received — Marketplace Orders
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement or the item is marked delivered but not received, contact KardWax support at help@kardwax.com within 48 hours. We will work with the seller to investigate and resolve the issue.
Item Not as Described — Marketplace Orders
If an item arrives significantly different from how it was described in the listing, contact help@kardwax.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. KardWax will review the case and mediate between buyer and seller at our sole discretion.
Applies to All Orders
Order Tracking
All orders, whether KardWax direct or seller fulfilled, will include tracking information sent to the email address associated with your account.
Lost or Stolen Packages
KardWax is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. For high-value shipments, we recommend selecting signature confirmation where available.
International Shipping
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are outside our control. International availability may vary by seller for marketplace orders.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KardWax and its sellers are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at help@kardwax.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
